The technician then offered an alternative solution: replacing the two original springs with a single spring at a lower cost, along with a 5-year warranty. He completed the job efficiently within an hour, did a dry run, and left the area clean. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and workmanship—just hoping the single spring holds up well and doesn’t strain the garage motor over time.

Amazing company! Great, clear, and prompt communication and excellent work! Used this company first time a couple years ago to replace a broken spring; luckily the spring broke overnight and didn’t hit any of our cars!! The technician advised me that this would only be a bandaid but that’s what I could afford at the time. Unfortunately he was right and the chain broke about 2 years later. After a quick evaluation, we opted for a full replacement. 2 new doors, tracks and conversion to torsion springs! All done in just a couple days!

He clearly explained my options, including the door class and installation approach, and had exactly what I needed available in stock. One thing I really appreciated was how willing he was to coordinate directly with my framer. I asked him to connect with the contractor to make sure everything was framed correctly before install, and he had multiple conversations with them to get it all lined up. Dor was also great about answering questions and giving me the info I needed in real time. At one point I didn’t have power yet, and he worked around that without issue—his crew used an extension cord from my neighbor’s house to get the job done. After the installation, he explained how the backup battery on the LiftMaster opener works and answered all my follow-up questions right away. He even sent over pictures of the finished install, which was super helpful since I wasn’t there the whole time.

The installation team showed up right on time, worked fast, and the doors look and operate even better than the ones I had before the fire. Everything from start to finish was handled with professionalism and care.
