NOL Garage Doors

Terrible company, stay far away. NOL Garage Doors installed a garage door for me and it has been a nightmare from the very beginning. The door has gone off track and failed multiple times, and even after sending technicians out, the problem was never fixed correctly. Instead of taking responsibility, their field manager Adam constantly blames the customer, makes excuses like "something must have hit the door," and refuses to stand behind their work. His attitude is unprofessional and dismissive, and it shows how little this company cares about its customers. If you want reliability, honesty, and a company that actually honors its word, look elsewhere. NOL Garage Doors has given me the worst service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Since they did not want to assist with the problems they caused I am risking leaving my garage door opened overnight!

June 4th - I want to thank Adam, the field supervisor, for reaching out to address the recurring issue with our garage door. I had gotten a second opinion from another garage door company and shared their findings with Adam. He took the feedback seriously and got the problem fixed right away. His customer service was excellent — he made both my husband and me feel at ease throughout the process. We truly appreciate the follow-up and the resolution. Thank you, Adam! On May 26th, a technician visited our home to repair our garage door and aggressively pushed us to upgrade to higher quality springs with a 7-year warranty. Needing the repair to comply with HOA requirements for garage parking, we reluctantly agreed. After the spring replacement, the technician claimed our existing garage opener was insufficient and insisted on a new one, bringing the total cost to $2800. The technician became upset when we mentioned getting other quotes, deeming it "disrespectful" and insisting we commit immediately. He then lowers the cost and offered a $2000 price, which we declined, only paying for the completed service. The next day, our garage door malfunctioned, and the same technician returned with the same aggressive attitude, leading my husband to ask him to leave. We have video documentation of this incident. I have contacted another company to come assess the work done as our door is currently not working properly, again!

Ben came the out same day I called and replaced the springs, motor, and chain in just a few hours. He was super polite, sweet and honest. After he left, we had an issue with the door sometimes catching on the sensor and causing a loud noise. Ben drove two hours to come back the next morning and - even though I couldn’t replicate the problem - fixed it in five minutes with a smile.

Technician Ben was friendly and professional. He explained why the malfunction to our garage door happened and the process he was going to take to fix it. Our service came with a 2 year warranty and Ben was able to negotiate with his supervisor to get us a fair price. Overall the service took about 30 minutes or so to complete and the company was able to accommodate same day appointments. We are happy with the customer service provided by Ben and his professionalism.

Jonny came out same day and worked really hard to get our garage door fixed. Our spring and drums needed replacement and he fixed it up for us. His manager upgraded our system for no charge from a single spring to a dual spring. Jonny was really professional and NOL will be the company we use from now on.

I would like to leave a wonderful review for Jack from NOL Garage Doors. Jack kept me up to date on his arrival time. When he arrived he was very courteous and quickly diagnosed by garage door issue. He explained everything and was able to stay within my budget. He was very honest and at no time was I ever pressured into replacing something that did not need repairing. I am usually a do it yourself kind of guy but I have to admit, Jack relieved a lot of stress for me this weekend. I highly recommend NOL Garage Doors. Make sure you ask for Jack. Thanks again.
