The service technician did an excellent job installing the Lifestyle Screen. The installation was challenging due to the custom cabinets I had installed and a garage door that was slightly misaligned. Despite these obstacles, he completed the task professionally and took the time to courteously explain the issues he encountered during the process. I truly appreciate his hard work and am very pleased with the screen door so far.

Yesterday, I came home to an unpleasant surprise…my garage door wouldn’t open. Once inside, I saw the spring had completely busted. After a quick Google search for garage spring repair, I found Your Garage Door Guys (YGDG). They weren’t my first call, but I’m sure glad they were my second! The first company couldn’t come out for three days, but when I called YGDG, the owner, Bill, personally answered. He was professional, upfront about pricing, and even took time to walk me through my options; all while officiating a wedding (multi-talented guy!). Today, Spencer and Joel came out and did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was inspected and working properly. The repair was done in about 30-40 minutes, and my door now works perfectly. Huge thanks to Bill and the entire YGDG crew for the quick turnaround and great service…highly recommend!

I am so happy with their work! Not only did they do an excellent job, Bill went above and beyond to help me this morning. He even did some troubleshooting with me so I could try to get my car out of the garage. Turned out the spring was broken and the rollers were shot. The garage door has never sounded so quiet and opens and closes so smoothly. I highly recommend them! Also pricing was very reasonable.

Excellent service! He did a repair a couple months ago! He repaired my door quickly and with great care. What stood out most was how helpful, kind, and professional he was throughout the process. He truly cared about the quality of the repair and making sure everything was done right. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

Absolutely phenomenal crew! They were quick, concise, and had excellent communication! I’ve worked with quite a few garage door companies, and I will definitely be working with them again. Hard to find crews with this level of professionalism, but they blew the job out of the park.

Brent came out to replace a garage door spring in 2020. It was an urgent call and he responded - in person within hours. Recently, my opener has been sporadic, making it necessary to constantly reset it until it didn’t work anymore. I called Brent and after a long day, he stopped by to access the issue. He presented me with several options, different prices etc so I could consider each within my needs and budget. Adrian, his teammate came out the next day to install the new opener. But that’s not all I received! I received a new keypad, Adrian directed me through MyQ and set up my car so I could just hit a button on my mirror to open the door instead of using a remote! These guys are local. Whoever answers the phone - Brent or Wendy, they are friendly, responsive and honest. These guys are five star - all the way and A+ rated by BBB!

"YOUR garage door guys" installed a new garage door with a key pad. Harsh sales tactics were not used and I was given options to fit my preference. They also left me a vinyl strip for color matching to my existing trim. I’m very happy with its smooth operation which Spencer dialed in to perfection which included adjusting my opener and replacing a bent bracket.. They also taught me how to take care of my investment with the right oil spray. Don’t confuse them with another company called "THE garage door guys". If I had to do this all over again, I would choose "Your garage guys " again.
