Rodrigo was a pleasure to work with today. He was kind, professional, and generous from the first call he made to me while confirming the arrival time. He even offered to pick me up a drink at the gas station while on his way. This gesture was a pleasant surprise and I was grateful for the personable attention and offer. He was through in his diagnostic of my garage repair needs and was well versed in all aspects of the system. He provided a great review with options for repair and extended service with pricing structure. He completed the work in a timely manner and left the work area clean. Rodrigo was courteous as I was working from home today and always knocked to give me an update on the progress of work. He left my garage in tip top shape and his level of service was superior. This was an excellent experience and I will use you in the future and recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.

Aaron Jorriy is a good representative, is informative knowledgeable and is thorough in his evaluation and assessment of garage door systems. I would recommend him for any garage door service. In the unfortunate event that we had to replace our failing, builder grade garage door systems in our brand new home of 6 months, we found Aaron to be a good guy with an honest approach we could trust. Poetry in motion! Richard H was on time and went right to work! I just stayed out of the way and allowed this professional work while I watched. No assistance was required and he had it all together disassembling and assembling each step as a poet writes his lines. A smooth operation without missing a step. The door install was completed proficiently excellent. Richard explained everything and assisted in programming the Masterlift door opener. We are very happy with everything he did! I highly recommend A1 to my neighbors that have asked and will continue to do so in the future.

Rafa went well beyond the call of duty! I had managed to back my car into the inside of my garage door in the late afternoon and had really crumpled it. Rafa responded quickly to the emergency, helped me assess if the door was repairable, and carefully guided me through the process of selecting a new one. No pressure at any point. Then, he restored the damaged door to a point that my car could be removed and the garage could be secured pending the scheduling of a replacement door. He made a complex job seem easy and did it in good humor. During my 30 years in the military, I worked alongside a lot of talented people. Rafa demonstrated physical qualities and people skills that measured up to the best of them.

Very knowledgeable technician, very courteous, clean wiped off all its Fingerprints when he is done. Had all the parts he needed explained. It well was safe and operated in a safe manner. Hats off to this young man, wonderful technical ability.
