I chose this garage door company because they claimed to offer 24/7 service—but when I called during an emergency, no one answered. I tried again the next day, and while a technician eventually showed up, they were late and did a really poor job on the repair. Now, the issue still isn’t resolved, and the company refuses to take responsibility for their work. Extremely frustrating experience. I’ll definitely be using a different company moving forward.

SCAM!!! Save your self headache and go with different company this is a SCAM They changed my garage opener, and replaced it with none working one- I complaint and complaint they stoped answering my text or calls. Supposedly I have 3 yrs warranty for the new garage opener. Finally last week I talked to Tom (the only one answered my call ) he said he talked to the office and he would help me replacing the one they put on ( the new-none working) but I have to pay more money for installation! Don’t let your self be scammed, take your business somewhere else. Text between them and I can explain how unprofessional they are and they ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.
