Quality Garage Door Repairs came out the same day when our garage door spring broke. The technician was professional, fast, and had everything fixed within an hour. Great service at a fair price!

Kurtis was friendly, fast and professional. My garage locked up on me, he came right out and diagnosed the problem within 10 seconds and had all the parts needed to fix on the spot. I had him replace my garage door seals as well and it looks so much better in addition to sealing the bottom from rain water or rodents. Price was fair and reasonable, I will refer my neighbors and call on this company again should any more issues arise. Thank you for a job well done.

My review is based solely on the customer service I experienced while trying to schedule a repair with Quality Garage Doors. Having recently moved to the area, I still use my original phone number, which has an out-of-San Diego area code. This seemed to bother the phone operator, resulting in a hostile tone throughout most of our conversation. I asked some standard questions, such as what a typical repair entails, if there are any additional service fees, and the earliest available appointment. Although the company offers free estimates, they refused to provide a price range over the phone. Ultimately I did not choose Quality Garage Doors to service my door however I hope that if you do you receive better service than I did!
