Garin from Overhead Door of Santa Rosa is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable and respectful and kind. He explained everything he did and didn’t make me feel dumb!!! He reprogrammed my remotes and my keyed entry pad, which he also replaced. Replacing the mother board with a new one that he had with him made it an instant repair. The battery backup in my LiftMaster 8550W-267 started beeping and the motor LED light showed solid red at 2am on July 7, 2025 . The door control screen read that unit needed a replacement backup battery. We unplugged the Garage door opener so we could sleep and at 8am I I called Overhead door and spoke with Melanie. She was very professional and set me up for a service call to replace the battery and also to accommodate my request for a service checkup of the entire garage door system. I thanked her profusely for the same day service. Around 2pm , Gener and Garen of Overhead Door arrived to service my Garage Door system . Both gentleman were also professional, ,knowledgeable, friendly and within 30 minutes had replaced the battery ,inspected , lubed the moving parts and told me the system was in great shape . I usually don't do reviews but Overhead Doors went above and beyond on this last install. We have used them for all our roll up door replacements and repairs over the years. We are a storage facility in Healdsburg. Usually everything goes really smooth, the technicians come in and replace or fix what needs to done. But this time we were dealing with multiple contractors. And the material delivery dates were being changed weekly, along with different structural complications for building repairs. It was all a complete mess, but Overhead Doors were patient and professional the entire time and made it easy to work with despite the constant date changes that happened through out the entire process. I strongly recommend Overhead Doors we have used them for the past 16 years and and they have all been a pleasure to deal with from the installers to their office staff.
