The comp lsny responded quickly. The installer was polite, professional, and did excellent work. I loved that they texted when he was on his way and sent his picture as well. The garage door opener was installed in less than an hour and a half. He explained everything, gave us tips for upkeep and the product is so much better than the one we had. We could not be more pleased
