We noticed the garage doors on our newly-purchased North Scottsdale home seemed a bit noisy, and based upon records the previous homeowner provided, figured it was time for a maintenance call as it had been five years since they were last serviced. Fortunately the previous owners also provided us with the name of the company they used, and, after reading their excellent on-line reviews, we called Above-All Garage Door Service. The owner Nate was able to come out the very next day, and impressively remembered the home and the previous owners. After inspecting the doors, he told us they really only needed to be cleaned and lubricated. He even shared the product he recommended be used, and showed us how to easily do it ourselves in the future. Needless to say, it was a very pleasant surprise - given it had been five years since they were last looked at, we were fully expecting a recommendation of new rollers or some other parts-replacement at the very least. Instead, we were only charged a very reasonable service-call fee. Nate is very honest, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing any type of garage door services.
