Nate's Garage Doors - Service, Repair & Installation.

The person from the company came to the house and after seeing the home charged 3 times the price for the repairs. He didn’t fix the garage the first time the right way and had to call him daily for two weeks before he came back. When he came back he charged 175 to program a controller and then said the unit needed to be changed. We called someone else and he fixed everything for 125 dollars and told us Nate’s charge 3x the actual cost! Would not recommend them to anyone unless you have money to give away and be used!!

I found a recommendation for Nate on a social media site and outreached him when my garage door malfunctioned. As a new homeowner, I was nervous this was going to mean a large unexpected expense. Nate was able to accommodate my work schedule and stop by my home next-day and fixed the issue with my door on-the-spot. His pricing was very reasonable, and he took time to explain the issue and any questions we had about our particular garage door model. Today we had a representative of this company come by. He had poor customer service skills and was a very aggressive salesman. After much back and forth (5 days), he performed the service requested competently for the price quoted.

Don’t call anyone else, you’ve found your guy. He helped me out huge with my garage door repair, the same day!! He’s incredibly professional and knowledgeable. When other garage door sales teams came by they tried to use fear mongering tactics, fluff and quoted insane amounts for a rather simple repair. Nate on the other hand got right to problem solving and repairing the door at a fair price. So blessed to have his help, he’s now my go-to garage guy and hopefully yours too!

Nate's was great! Honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Had another company out first that tried to convince me I needed to replace everything on my other garage door as well, even though the opener was only a year old. Nate told me what I needed and the options, and charged me almost half what the other company had quoted for the exact same thing.

Nate is one of the most professional well mannered garage door technician I’ve ever encountered. His service was effective fast and fairly priced. Nate came to the rescue late on a Sunday afternoon when our garage door broke. Other garage door repair companies I called just sent me to voicemail, but Nate answered in person and showed up within an hour. Nate saved the day for us. He’s very reliable, fair and honest (he even returned a part that was ordered but eventually not needed). He said he treats his customers how he would like to be treated. Highly recommend.
