If there were ten stars, I would award them to this fabulous company. SoCal Screen and Shade has, without a doubt, the BEST customer service you will ever encounter in this day and age. From the first phone call with the kind, patient, clear, and efficient Desiree, to the almost immediate visit to our home to bid on the project by Bryce, who is extremely knowledgeable, to installation, there was a clean, clear, rapid path. The screen installed in our difficult doorway is superb, smooth, easy to operate. (It had to be specially designed due to our having a four-panel sliding glass door.). And, I received a followup email from Desiree and a gracious phone call. Love this company; so jazzed we just ordered another screen door! Don't hesitate, don't even call anyone else.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of the screens we purchased. There was no pressure to buy when they came out to provide an estimate. They were reasonably negotiable on the end price (rounded down a bit). The same person who provided the estimate also did the installation with another worker. I really appreciate when the sales person is invested in the project beyond day 1. The quality of the product and the way it looks and function with Google Home automation via Somfy and Bond Bridge are amazing.

I've been working with this company for many years while I outfit the several exterior doors on my home with retractable screens. You can't do any better. They arrive on time and measure to perfection. The retractable screen doors are beautiful!
