They are not only skilled and professional, but also incredibly responsive and reliable. Any time I had a question or concern, they got back to me right away and made sure everything was handled smoothly. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take great pride in their work. They paid close attention to detail, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right the first time. What stood out most was how much they genuinely care about their customers — they wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied with every part of the process. 5 Stars for the installation, technician, and installation process. Our old garage door opener was from 2009, and after a power fluctuation event, no longer functioned properly. We obtained estimates from multiple companies in the area, and the combination of installation cost, available model with requested features, and personal recommendation led us to use Greene County Garage Doors. My technician was friendly and knowledgeable, arrived at the early end of the scheduled time block, explained all the new features of the new garage door system, and got us taken care of with zero issues. Zero cleanup or old hardware to dispose of on my part. We had all new openers, wall controls, safety equipment, and the motor with camera, wi-fi control, and battery backup installed. The only thing I had to do was program the built in opener in my wife's car since it wasn't here to be taken care of the by the installer at the time. I would also like to note that my install was scheduled on the coldest day we've had so far in November 2025 and my tech handled it like a boss. I hooked up my propane heater in the garage so it wouldn't be quite so miserable (60 degrees vs 20 when you're working with your hands makes a world of difference), but he was out there prior to that with zero complaint, taking care of business. We went with the Liftmaster Belt drive model with camera, and battery backup. It's so quiet compared to our old belt drive that it's hard to hear it opening from inside the house. 10/10, would recommend this company and their services.

Greene County Garage Doors installed my garage door about 2 1/2 years ago. The garage door's quality made a huge difference in controlling climate in my garage. It is a lot less hot in the summer and a lot less cold in the winter. It also made a massive improvement in the look of our home. Every 12 months I have them come out to do a check on the door and opener and make any adjustments that may be needed to keep it at peak performance. It is a minimal cost to keep on top of its operation and extend the life of the system. If you currently have a chain driven opener, I cannot recommend enough switching to belt driven. Night and day difference. Final note, they have openers that can give access to Amazon delivery drivers so you packages don't get stolen. When you are checking out in Amazon, there is an key-in delivery option for Prime members. When the option is selected, your Amazon delivery person will be able to open your garage with their device so they can put your package inside and then close the door once the package is inside. Your garage door opener records the entire delivery from door open to door close so you don't need to worry about someone being in your garage and doing something they shouldn't

Greene County Garage Doors replaced an old motor for me and did a brilliant job! They were fast and reasonably priced, and both Luke and Jeremy were super personable. I will absolutely have them come out again. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Greene County Garage Doors. We have an 6 bay automotive shop that they serviced all of the doors and repaired one. We appreciated their quick response, communication and quality repairs. Will absolutely be using them again!

My review might be a little different than most. My garage door began flashing and refusing to close, and my home is under a warranty that covers the garage door. I contacted the warranty company, and they sent GCGD out to have a look. Jeremy was quick and professional and quite approachable. He explained what was going on, why it was happening, and how he was going to fix it. Then he did just that. No attempting to upsell me, no pressure to do "more." Just speedy, professional, friendly service. If he and GCGD are willing to treat folks who aren't buying services directly from them with that level of respect and care, then I can only imagine how well they treat direct customers. I will say, when the time comes to replace the door or any of its parts once the warranty doesn't apply, I'm going straight to GCGD. The customer service and transparency alone are worth it.
