OGD Overhead Garage Door

OGD is the best! Quick telephone response. Quick same day service call. Our repair tech Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He even double checked to be absolutely sure of the best repair process. My garage was neat and clean after the repair was done. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OGD

This was the first time I'd used OGD and I was very impressed. The spring on my garage door had broken and my car was trapped inside. They were able to get a technician (Brendan) in less than an hour. Brendan quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several alternatives to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He was able to complete the repair in about 45 minutes. He also looked at a second garage door I had but did not try and sell me services I didn't need but just passed on some tips about maintenance. Overall, a very good experience.

Chris was very helpful. reviewed the repairs, had materials required to complete work. Advised of cost and repaired door, support member and edge flashing, lubricated joints, adjusted opener to prevent future damage. adjusted opener drive belt. Door is 100 % quieter and better functioning. Highly recommend Chris. Will use him on other garage door installations.

Chris was awesome. He explained everything to us when he first came out. He did a great job on our garage door. We were very happy with OGD.

This is the second time we have used OGD. The first time was 2023 and we had to call them again because the springs were loose and/or a bracket broke. Justin Garcia came out and got the job done. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He had little space to work with because we couldn't open our garage door and our vehicle was in the way. Obstacles were no issue for him and we are incredibly grateful for his help. We placed a call Sunday night and Justin arrived shortly after 9am to do the job. We are so appreciative and happy with Justin and OGD. We hope to never need their assistance again but we also know if we are in a bind, they will take good care of us!
