We had a great experience working with Ben Garage Doors. Our house had the original garage door from the late 1950s—one of its cables snapped and damaged an extension spring. Ben explained the different options available to us and was patient as we decided on the best course of action—we finally decided to replace the whole door & opener. Ben kept us informed as we waited for the arrival of the door (it was custom sized) and he showed up and completed the installation when stated. We couldn’t be happier with the decision we made and the result—garage looks great!

I called another company at first and they said they would call to schedule but never called me back so I decided to call Ben Garage doors and I am so happy that I did. As soon as I called them for help to repair my garage door, they called back immediately and set up an appointment. The service tech showed up on time and repaired my doors in a very timely manner and even did maintenance on both my garage doors even though I only had an issue with one of them. I am beyond happy with the service I received and highly recommend Ben Garage doors. I will definitely use them in the future!
