Our garage door broke down. The trolley, the part that helps the door run up and down, stripped its threads; so we needed to have it replaced. We were leaving town on Monday morning and did not want to have a broken and possibly unsecured door to worry about. Called them on Sunday afternoon and Bill was here before 7:00 am on Monday. He replaced the broken parts and serviced both of our garage doors for less than $120, a very fair price and a bargain compared to our previous repair company. Tony was fast - came out the same day, including coming out in the evening to accommodate my schedule that day. Reasonably priced. Explained how the system works and adjusted the whole system. This was huge because it was out of alignment and the heavy door would just fall, which created a huge safety concern for our kids (Until that day I wasn’t aware of the weight of the overhead doors). This adjustment/education was all included in his price. Will save me money and down the road, in addition to preventing accidents. All in all, very pleased with All Staten Island Garage Doors. Highly recommended and would use him again and recommend you do the same if you need garage door contractor in Staten Island.

My Garage door suddenly broke and really didn't know who to call. I looked on Google and found All Staten Island Garage Doors. I am impressed that they answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. The technician from arrived 1.5 hours after I called them. Sam, from All Staten Island Garage Doors, arrived and accessed the problem. He gave me some options to the problem and I decided to change out my garage motor. He informed he did not have that unit on his truck but he would come back first thing the next morning to do the replacement. More than acceptable in my eyes. Couple hours later Sam calls me and said he was able to procure the replacement motor and could return in 30 minutes to an hour to do the work. Sam finished an hour after he arrived and then took his time to explain to me how the new unit works and show me everything I needed to know. All Staten Island Garage Doors and Sam did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone who needed any type of garage service in Bayonne.

At all Staten Island garage doors do not just fix your garage door they also teach you about the garage door and the way it works. I never knew I need to lubricate the door to make sure it will be protected. And I don’t think I wasn’t aware of is that every garage door in the state of New York that works with extension springs must include safety cables as well. After the technician left I went online and searched it. He wasn’t trying to make herself this is a required by the law. The way I see it a true professional need to include both good service and good customer service and I got both things when hired all Staten Island garage doors to fix my garage door.

I normally don't leave reviews but after having a great experience I wanted to show some love to these guys and so more people in Bayonne to know how great they are. I wasn’t sure they service Bayonne, but I have learned they service North Jersey area daily. I had All Staten Island Garage Doors install a whole new garage door with rails and opener. The installer Andy was really friendly and knowledgeable. He took down the old door and installed the new one in no time at all and showed me all the cool features that came with it. Overall, I am very satisfied (maybe because my old one was such a piece of junk) and I would definitely recommend All Staten Island Garage Doors.

I got form them the best garage door repair service. I was looking for a local garage door company in Staten Island, and I found All Staten Island Garage Doors, and I must say they went way above my expectations. They were OK with coming after hours with no extra charge, and they had the parts I needed with them. They replaced all the wheels on the door, and 2 cables, I am happy with the service, and I know I will use them again when we will decide to replace the door.

First I want to tell you that the guys from All Staten Island garage doors are amazing. I give them 4 stars since their pricing is not clear. I got a quote for repair, and then find out the price does not include taxes. If not for that they would be rated top. They are fast, they are local, and they have everything with them. Will not consider anyone else to service my garage door.
