My garage door was dented and lifting at the bottom. Param came out and gave me a thorough estimate to either fix the bottom only or replace the whole door. Based on his expert and professional recommendations, we decided to only fix the bottom. We are quite pleased with the results and his professionalism and thorough work performance.

John did a thorough inspection right off the bat, then gave 3 estimates depending on additional parts and labor if needed or to my discretion. It worked out the lowest estimate was sufficient. John asked if i had any questions before proceeding. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The quality of the parts were also top shelf and the garage door operates great. Just before John left he went over the repair and gave alot of great suggestion about maintenance. Wouldn't hesitate to call on Precision garage door service in the future.

Best experience! Super easy to schedule appointment online. Next day appointment! Sheridan called and offered to come earlier than expected which we appreciated. Offered two possible solutions to our garage door situation. He had all the needed replacement parts on hand. Repaired our 20 year old garage door and replaced the 20 year old Lift Master opener within 3 hours. Very happy client's of Precision and would highly recommend.

My garage door suddenly failed to open and even using the manual release cord didn’t work. The garage door opener showed an excessive force error. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent Brandon the very next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a sheetrock swelling in the recent rain. He fixed the issue and performed a door tuneup. The door works like a dream now. Even better than when it was installed. Brandon was efficient and professional, but still very personable. Today I had tech Mario come give me inspection of old opener, with first hand thoughts of repairs or replacement of parts. Then estimates of variety of keeping old parts with new or all new replacements. I chose what I wanted. He finished the whole job in approximately 2 hours.
