Estimates from Kelly's were way above other garage door install companies. I was given an estimate of $7000-8000 for a white garage door without windows, which is what I expected for a premium door. I was told this had to do with the recent tariffs; however, another company provided an estimate for a cedar plank door with windows from the same garage door company for $2,000-3,000 less for the same wind and insulation rating. The only catch was they could not install the framing. When I asked Kelly's to install the framing, they refused to do it for the agreed amount of $400 due to a discount. However, when I offered to pay the difference they still refused. I understand Kelly's is a recognized company in Tallahassee, but do your due diligence and research the other companies that are out there with equally good quality.

I would give them a hundred stars if I could!! They always work me in their schedule quickly, and are always able to miraculously salvage my garage door to survive another day - no matter how I abuse it!! Their pricing is more than reasonable. Jake has responded to my service requests both times and is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. His work is impeccable!! When I build my home next year I definitely want Kelly's doing the installation and maintenance of my garage doors. Customer for life!!

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and quickly repaired our garage door. Thankfully, we didn't need to replace it since we're still recovering from the "Tallahassee Tornadoes". Grateful Kelly's has honest, quick service that you can rely on. Will definitely recommend.

Kelly’s did an excellent job with a maintenance repair with my garage door, so as a realtor when one of my customer’s called saying two other garage door companies had said they could not repair her door and would cost nearly $2,000 to replace I told her to give Kelly’s a try. They were able to repair the garage door at a much more reasonable price than replacing it ensuring both my and now their customer was happy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Kelly’s for your garage door needs.

This company is fantastic. I’m actually not upset about my garage door breaking because this company has such good customer service. They’re accessible at their actual opening hours. Amy is very pleasant and helpful. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. My garage broke and my car was trapped inside. I had to get to a doctor’s appointment. In less than an hour, a technician opened the garage door, diagnosed the problem and quoted the repair. I’m happy with the customer service and how attentive this company was to resolving my problem. I highly recommend this company.
