Called them today for door service. They were here within an hour and Al Demmings was a great tech! Showed me what was wrong and quickly got me up and running, smoother and quieter than ever! I will always call you for future issues. Incredible service, especially the day after Thanksgiving! Thank you!

Keaton from Michigan Door came out today to service our garage door. He did a great job explaining the issue and offering a number of solutions to address. He completed the repair quickly. We have used Michigan Door in the past and always been pleased with their outstanding service!

I have been a customer of Doors of Pontiac/Michigan Door for over 25 years. They have been trustworthy and reliable. Today my garage door opener was replaced by their technician, Mike Jones. Mike is the the kind of technician that every customer would want to perform their work. He gave me a one hour window for the appointment and texted me when he was on his way. He was friendly, polite and explained what needed to be done. He offered 2 types of openers explaining all the pros and cons of each one. He gave recommendations and he listened to my concerns. He was skilled at his job and completed the work without any problems, and showed me that everything worked properly. Mike is a valuable asset for Michigan Door.

I called Doors of Pontiac to get a tune up because my garage door was making a lot of noise. Brian came out and looked at it. It is 22 years old and needs a lot of work and money so we decided to buy a new door. Brian helped us decide which door would be a good door for us. I have used Doors of Pontiac before and they always do a great job.

Things I appreciate: Very clear communication. On-time arrival. Polite and knowledgable worker. Made the needed repair and upgrades to my aging door. Not-ideal, but understandably, they needed to make a second trip to fix an additional problem that was either missed or surfaced later. They gave us the benefit of the doubt and made the additional repair - new safety sensors - without charging another "house call" fee. I only paid the cost of the additional parts. We had a problem with the new safety sensor two weeks later and the same tech was out the same day I called to make the needed adjustments. He also re-trained me on how to do this DIY, and waived any charges.... they did the right things.

Let me begin by saying Josh is a great technician! He arrived to my house on time per the appointment with a smile and great attitude, very professional young man. He troubleshooted my garage door issue and resolved it quickly. 2016 we purchased our front door from Doors of Pontiac had a great experience with this team of talented folks, and they are my go to folks for garage door services. I highly recommend that you reach out to them regarding an annual tuneup/inspection of your door. Save you some money in the long run.

Joshua Pickett is an amazing Repair Specialist. He is extremely polite,thoroughly knowledgeable about the product line of his company. He outlines options, creates solutions favorable to his customers. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone in need of his services.
