Door pivot 2 weeks after being serviced by Vortex. Far from my only complaint but this is the most egregious. I guess these guys only offer a taillight warranty. Once you see their taillights their job is done. Editing this review, had to have repairs made after Vortex "repaired" the door and found that damage is worse than before. Vortex "technicians" left door in worse shape by making the shoddiest repair possible. Wish I could rate this with negative stars. Unacceptable in every way.
Both Brian and Justin came to my school and were not only incredibly professional, but also accommodating as it was nap time and they used hand tools instead of power tools to minimize any and all noise for the kiddos sleeping!! Thank you so much!! 10/10 recommend!
Two technicians from Vortex arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They inspected 14 doors, lubricated the hinges and return arms. They wrote up a detailed report on what they found and how they improved the performance of the doors. They also reset our automatic door sensor, for locking and unlocking the entrance doors during non-business hours. This was all done in less than 2 hours. It was an enjoyable experience working with them and the tenants are happy with the service they provided!
AJ was awesome he came in and found the problem right away. We work with very vulnerable individuals and needed help with our secured community. We were in need of assistance and he was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
AJ and Raul were amazing! They were able to fix the door locking mechanism at our school that has had issues for months and other companies could not fix. They were polite, explained everything well, and they worked very quickly. They even cleaned up afterwards.
Great experience with Vortex techs Steven & Kyle. Professional inspection of over 60 doors at our facility for repair. Looking forward to working with them in the future!
