Tornado Place- Storm Shelters & Safe Rooms

We reached out to Tornado Place and the very same week Damon came out gave us our estimate/go over options and we scheduled the install for a couple weeks later. It was prompt and smooth! We are so happy with our above ground shelter installed in our garage. Thank you, Tornado Place!

After checking around many places for storm shelters, my husband and I landed on Tornado Place for ours. JR has guided me through the process and he and Chance installed our shelter today. Those guys were prompt, did a fantastic job, gave me a good overview of the unit and safety measures. A+ job guys! Will recommend to others interested in a shelter.

I did a lot of research before choosing Tornado Place to install my above ground tornado shelter, and they did not disappoint! From beginning to end my experience with this company was top notch. From Olivia in the office, to Josh, who came out and helped me choose the right shelter and installation location for my home and family, to Damon and his assistant, who did the actual installation--they were all courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The shelter is rated for an EF5 tornado and is bolted into our garage floor. The door opens IN, which I loved, and also has a bolt lock to keep it secure when not in use. Financing was a snap as they have institutions they work with on a regular basis, and given the circumstances they were very timely on the install as well. (I called for an appointment during their busiest season, so I expected to wait several weeks for installation but Olivia worked hard to notify me anytime there was a cancellation or opening to try to get our install done ASAP.) Overall, I am extremely pleased with the final product. I finally feel safe going into next years' storm season knowing that my family (including our fur babies) will all be able to safely ride out any storm that comes our way.
