Yes my garage door tech was named Chad Winters. He came and explained to me the job that would be good for me with my situation. He went over and reviewed what was causing my problem and he came up with a solution. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations and I appreciate him taking the time to explain it to me and letting me know pricing and that if it could fit into my budget we can do it today or we could schedule it out being a senior and on a fixed income. Great service! Was able to get a same day appointment even though it was not an urgent problem. They were professional and did not try to upsell me something that was not yet needed.

The technician arrived at the time scheduled. He was prompt, patient and took care of business. Everything about my experience with this business was amazing. The receptionist sensed the angst in my voice and reassured me they could fix my garage issue. If anything ever happens to my garage in the future, this is the only garage business I’ll call.
