Red Mountain Garage Company did an amazing job installing my single garage motor. The whole process was quick, easy, and super efficient, they were in and out in no time. The technician was really nice and professional, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I’ve tried installing a garage myself before and could never get it right, this was totally worth it. They even drove all the way out to Lincoln for me. I highly recommend this company for any garage door installation needs!

Almost 5 grand for a standard non insulated garage door and wall mount motor install. First month it fell off track on my new car twice. They came back and adjusted and said all good. A month later wife went to open and fell off scratching the car. They repaired. Two weeks later it fell off again and once again on the car trapping it in the garage and missing work. It fell off and they came and patched it up 4 more times and trapping the car in the garage several other times with a few more scratches. Now they say I need a ceiling mt opener because the wall mt is the problem. First month it falls off too. They repair. Next month it won’t open. They come out and check it out and get it going again. By now the 1 year warranty is over and I’m told I’ll be charged for the door continuing to fall off. Moral of the story, they took my expensive side mt opener and installed a cheap wired unit with wired stapled crooked across my garage that still falls off and still falls off sometime. This is in a new construction 3500 sqft custom home. When it does work I can hear it opening from the opposite end of the house over the tv. They left me multiple cans of garage door spray to quieten it down but that only works for a day or two. Prop the biggest pile of junk I’ve ever bought and they kicked the can down the road till the warranty is out so they don’t have to fix it anymore. I couldn’t recommend these guys for anything. On another note, just the quality of the work is about as shotty as it gets too. Crooked wires, mismatched screws and bolts, bolts and screws missing, holes in various spots where they moved things a couple times. In one years time it fell off on a vehicle 9 times.

What a great company. A+ Experience from start to finish. Everybody was polite and professional from the first call to the office to the final installation. They were fast, friendly, and got me fixed up in two days. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great product and even better personnel. Matt and Nathan were awesome.

I called Red Mountain Garage Door at 8 am and Carl was at my house at 10 am fixing my broken spring. Very professional, very timely very quick. I was fortunate enough to get the door opened manually to get my wife’s car out, but if I wasn’t, RMGD speedy response would e still made it ok. Whatever Carl is getting paid needs to be doubled!
