OGD Overhead Garage Door

My technician, Jason, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked me thru what he did to fix my garage door. He was friendly and helpful.

Your tech Jason Byrd did a great job getting our garage door to work properly again. I highly recommend OGD! The price felt high at first however, we're paying for the many years of knowledge and experience, plus the guarantee, so I'd say it was very reasonable. First class service!!

I was appalled at that way your store in Waco did business. The man who installed the new door was fine but the people in the office were terrible. I will never use that place again.

I called and had same day service. We just bought a place that had garage door issues and the service was all done in 1 visit. More than we could have expected! Will use them in the future, nice to find a reliable business and nice people!

Was unlucky to have garage door issues but lucky with a call to OGD and get a same day appointment. Text confirmation of when the tech would arrive with a tracking map was helpful. Daniel was awesome, laughing at my dumb jokes and provided a clear explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it. Got me back in action within an hour and then showed everything he did. Great experience!

Tech was great but rescheduled my appointment because he received another job after mine that was closer so to keep him from driving back and forth he went there first only to find out it was a big job. Moved my 10-1 appointment time to 210pm. Very inconvenient to me with having a child in school to get to. Their pricing was ridiculously higher too. I only went with them because they had availability within the hour of my call.

He was courteous, friendly, caring and helpful. I can’t complain of his kind service.
