Precision Garage Door of Waco

Precision was an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful for all aspects of our job, from helping us evaluate different features and selecting our door, confirming field measurements and perfect installation. They kept us informed about ordering and delivery and installed the door as scheduled. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. The door and opener have great features and the whole package was significantly less expensive than other suppliers in Waco had quoted for a similar door but with less features.

Yesterday early morning one of the tension springs on my garage door broke. Precision Garage Door of Waco answered the call. James came over, did an assessment of the whole system and made other recommendations for items that needed to be replaced. He took the time to answer my questions and our door was repaired in no time and now I can barely hear the door when opening or closing. I am very pleased with this company, their service, and with the technician, James Ward, that made the repairs.

Quick shout out to Precision Garage and technician Dustin (Also James on a previous job for a family member). After returning home late on a Friday evening and finding that my garage would not open more than a few inches, I called Precision Garage the following morning only because it was the first option that showed up on the Google search. Let me tell you, I am glad it was the first option and it deserves that spot. After a brief phone call with a very nice call taker, she told me they would have a technician out between 1030am and 1230pm. Dustin called me 15 minutes later letting me know he was on the way and he made it here prior to the scheduled time. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable and after a brief troubleshooting and inspection of my entire door assembly, he advised what the problem was, what other issues he found and then gave me 3 different options to get the original option fixed or also fix the other issues. I never felt pressured and he was willing and able to explain each repair. After choosing the option to pretty much replace everything but the door, Dustin knocked it out in no time. I want to also mention James on here because during this process, my mother in law mentioned how she had also used Precision Garage in the past and James came out and he was also very helpful in getting her garage working again. I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage every time I here anyone asking about garage repair. Thanks again Dustin.

Excellent and professional work by Dustin from the Waco location. He gave us several options on the repair of the door and explained each one. We went with an update option on an older door. Dustin was efficient and diligent in his work. Good job, Dustin! The door is amazingly quiet and smooth! Would recommend Precision with no hesitation. And, they are a Neighborly company. Hard to go wrong with a Neighborly-affiliated company. We have used several of their brands.

I called Precision to fix a broken garage door, and after speaking with the technician, John Gallerano, we decided it was best to replace the entire door. The technician who completed the installation, Ryland Miller, did an excellent job! The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replacement.

I’ve had and old residential garage door replaced over a year ago and soon after the door opener and chain became inoperable. I left it alone for a year as I mainly used the front door, but felt it was time to address the garage. I called precision garage door and was greeted on the phone by friendly staff that answered all my questions and verified my information. Scheduling was quick and easy. I met with John at my home the next day to go over what my options were and agreed to move forward with a new door opener! He was cordial, professional and supportive.
