Our garage door broke today. Did a quick Google search for garage door repair service and saw that there were two Champion Garage Door Repair businesses nearby. Called them and they were able to get a guy to come out to diagnose the issue and then come back with the part for replacement, all within 3 hours from when I first called. The drive belt snapped because the torsion spring wasn’t tightened enough to hold the weight of the garage door. The drive belt part was $40. Labor included $250 for replacing the drive belt and $50 adjusting the torsion spring + lubrication. So altogether the total was $340. Overall, I’m happy with the quick turnaround and fix. Sudden break of garage door spring. I have used CGDR in the past, for both my personal home and a rental. They’ve never let me down. Answered my call and responded to my house within a couple minutes. Tech Omar was professional and polite. Replaced springs and bearings for a very reasonable price. All within approximately 40 minutes. Good stuff!

This is the first time we have had any issues with a garage door. The first two companies that I reached out to couldn’t make it on the same day. I tried Champion Garage Door Repair and mentioned that having a half closed garage door would be VERY stressful (possible rain), he (Tal) was able to schedule someone to come over and fix it. Metal beam holding the springs snapped. Called champion garage door repair and they sent someone out within the hour. He was very friendly and able to make the repair fairly quickly and easily. Garage door now works better than ever. Will definitely call them again in the future if anything comes up.
