I had excellent service for my garage door. Justin contacted me right away and Troy came out the same day to assess the problem. It needed an adjustment and Pat came the next morning with the part to correct the problem. They were all so easy to work with and so responsive. It was exceptional service! I highly recommend TCDR. I am so impressed with your customer service! I called TCGD at about 2:30 PM just after our garage door spring broke. I was thinking you could have someone stop out in a day or two. Nope. I was told that "We can have someone there in about half an hour." Are you kidding me? When Luke arrived, he knew exactly what to do and got to it right away. I think from the time I called, to the time our garage door was back up and running it was maybe 90 minutes. Amazing! Thanks again!

We have two garage doors TCGD originally installed about 20 years ago. I decided to call them to have new bottom seals installed on them just because of their age. I am very happy with their service; Nicole was very polite and patient when I asked for an approx. estimate and Troy came out a couple days later to replace the seals. He is a PRO without a doubt !! Thank you TCGD we will be calling them next time we need any doors or services.

Met with TCGD at the Home and Garden show. Got a quote at the show and the verbal quote matched the written quote and the amount I was asked to pay. Gino installed my new garage door opener. He was fantastic! Everything is working perfectly, very happy with the new opener.

I was quite pleased with the Receptionist who answered the phone. She was knowledgeable and walked me through the issue (busted spring/coil) and quickly scheduled Service for the following day. Unfortunately, I was less than pleased with the service I received from the Technician. Although the spring/coils were replaced, the 'balance' of the door was off - visible gap at the bottom of the door. When I brought this up to the Service Tech, I got multiple excuses of why it couldn't be fixed... every solution I suggested, he came back with 'no the gap couldn't be fixed'. So I ended the conversation and he left. That evening I called another Garage Door Repair company who came out the following day and FIXED THE GAP with no problem!! Needless to say, Twin City Garage Door was a disappointment!
