Had a great experience at Gerhard’s — picked up a GE fridge and KitchenAid dishwasher at excellent prices. They worked with me on a price match, delivery was only $50 with haul-away included, and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!

As I mentioned to Joanna, we have consistently had good experience with Gerhard’s and the reason we have ordered with your business over and over. The sales and delivery people and the process have been without any stress. Joanna, in the Ambler location, personally answered my questions and provided the details that made my decision easy, thank you.

The ordering process was 5-star. Johanna was very professional & helpful. I gave 3* because the delivery of the new microwave and install did not meet my expectations. The installers appeared to have been unfamiliar with the install process as they had to refer to the instructions. I would have thought that if they were experienced at their job, they would not had to look at the instructions. But more importantly, they left the stainless steel appliance full of their fingerprints (how hard would it have been to have a microfiber cloth to wipe it clean); failed to set the clock (perhaps a minor item, but it does reflect upon the overall service impression); I had to clean the kitchen floor of trash and small Styrofoam pieces they left behind; pick up the cloth and paper towel they left on the floor and counter; and I had to chase after the truck as they were leaving as they failed to take the old unit with them which was part of the order.
