I’m extremely happy with Gilbert and Son’s works in my crawlspace. We couldn’t ask for a better Co. I had fungus and moisture issues and needed new beams and jacks. They’ve worked with me and are very honest about what needed to be done. We will recommend them in a heartbeat!! His 2 sons is a hard workers. Thank you for all your hard work!! Gilbert & Sons did an absolutely fantastic job waterproofing my ENTIRE house. I called them when my home continued to flood, and they came to the rescue asap, identifying and finishing the job in only 3 days! They work quickly and efficiently; they are incredibly organized, and very knowledgeable. And they are the nicest people to work with! They are absolutely here for the customer! They are a trustworthy company, and produce work you can rely on. I would 110% recommend them for your moisture/mold/crawl space needs!!

I highly recommend Gilbert & Son for any crawl space and/or mold problem you may have! I had looked in our crawl space and noticed we had problems with our insulation, mold and pests. I called six different companies to look at the problem and provide recommendations on how to fix the problem. All wanted to do an encapsulation project that would cost up to 30K! I called Gilbert & Son and Mike, the owner came over and looked at our problem and walked me through the recommended solutions. Mike is a true professional and is trying to help you fix your problem and not try to oversell you something you really don't need! His two sons are also professional, very polite, respectful, on time and did an excellent job. Go with Gilbert & Son, you won't be disappointed!

Wow! I can't say enough about how wonderful Mike, Justin and Chris were to work with. Small locally based business that treats you like you are family! Mike was very prompt with all communication and scheduling and a complete professional. Very thorough inspection and only recommended what was absolutely necessary and did not try to upsell me on anything. The techs arrived on the date and time that was quoted and were very professional. All work was performed beyond expectations, at a reasonable rate and they did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. If you need any work done under your home, I cannot recommend Gilbert & Son more highly!

Gilbert & Son did an awesome job fixing my crawl space moisture problems and the resulting damage to our home. I was concerned about hiring any contractor for fear of being upsold. Fortunately this was not the case with them. I feel like they repaired what was needed and did so in a timely manner. The guys are very respectful and Mike (owner) explained needed repairs in great detail. I was referred to them by a family member that had a similar experience. I highly recommend them.... but only if you want needed repairs to be taken care while not getting ripped off!

I don't have enough positive words to say about this company!! They are an A+ business from start to finish. I had bought a home 5 months prior to contacting Gilbert and Sons. Prior to purchasing, I had some concerns and had several inspections done regarding the foundation under the crawl space of the house. Each time there was an issue, and they said it was fixed, but eventually the inspectors said all problems were fixed and we purchased the home. However, a week after we moved our belongings in, I notices cracks going up from the doorways, the baseboards were separating from the floors, some "bounciness" in the floors and a very soft spot in the dining room. Needless to say, I was in panic mode. I called 5 different high rated companies for estimates based on references. I had estimates from 12000 to 75000, trying to sell me things that I don't need and didn't ask for, by people who would not even be doing the actual job. GIlbert and Sons was different. The young man that did the estimate listened, questioned and was one of the actual people who would be doing the work and knew exactly what I needed done! He made suggestions for improvements in the future if I chose to do and took pictures of things the others did not. He did not try to sell me things or advertise products I don't need or show me finance plans! (Red Flag there!) Mike (the owner) came to the house shortly after to introduce himself and to verify that this estimate was correct. Long story short, I selected Gilbert and Sons based on several factors, but foremost, his honesty and sincere concern for me, the client. Mike's crew of 3 worked diligently, professionally, respectfully and explained everything they were doing along the way, even when I had excessive questions. They even cleaned up everything better than they found it. I had the work done in November and all is perfect so far. There are no cracks, no soft spots, the floor is solid and meets the baseboards. My house is secure. If I ever need to have any additional work done under the house, it will be Gilbert and Sons. I highly recommend Mike and his company.

He made sure that our crawlspace was carefully looked at and was reasonably priced for all of the necessary fixes. In just over one week, we went from being concerned about rodent damage and other unknowns in the crawlspace to having a beautiful, clean, absolutely perfect crawlspace for our new home. Mike is an absolute delight -- friendly and kind, committed to excellence, and even helped me avoid unnecessary expenses (who does that anymore?!).
