I called "Appliance Repair Rahway" and a tech from DELTA APPLIANCE REPAIR came out (I guess they subcontract). Paid $75 for an incorrect diagnosis. The tech didn't examine any wiring, bring a meter to test anything, inspect the control panel, look at the hoses, check the pump, nothing. He didn't even start the cycle to see what the machine does. We trusted him because he's a technician. He did something on the screen to have a code appear and tells us it's a door switch that must be replaced (mind you he said himself "I've never seen this code before" and he had to get help on what it was so how can you tell me he's experienced in the specific washing machine we have!). He was helpful in talking to us and giving us the part #. We replaced this switch ourselves (purchased through Samsung) it didn't work (this is nothing complicated to do and yes we did it correctly). The company proceeds to tell me OVER THE PHONE (WITHOUT COMING TO CHECK THE APPLIANCE) that the control board needs to be replaced & the cost is $660. How would you know that without visually inspecting it? The machine turns on. They trust their tech and his judgement, so they refuse to have a technician return at no charge to correctly troubleshoot the problem with our machine. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN AND CAN NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. I will say they were courteous over the phone and so was the tech but I cannot use a company that did not even check this properly.

My family only gets appliance repair and maintenance from Glendale Appliance Repair. Recently, we requested for dryer repair because the heating element was broken. As usual, the repairman was punctual and got straight to work the moment he came. He found the best replacement for our unit.

I called Glendale Appliance Repair when I noticed that the door of my dishwasher wouldn’t close. It turned out that the door catch was damaged. The dishwasher repair service involved adjusting the door catch. It was a quick home appliance service. I love it! Good job to the repair technician!

Complete disaster from the beginning to the end. Never will call them again.
