Matthew was absolutely wonderful! We've had electricians in the past who have straight up ignored some of our electrical concerns, and Matthew fixed all those things in not just a timely manner, but calmly and with a very knowledgeable hand. He answered all of our questions patiently and kindly without rushing us (even though it was before Thanksgiving and I'm sure he wanted to go home), and it was a great experience over all!

I loved that the final confirmation via text came with the name and photo of your tech. This made the repair more personal and for me more secure because I had a name and face. The technician didn't have much to do. He got paid to confirm what we knew... I'm sure if we had work done we would be pleased.

I had the pleasure of getting Matt out to my home which I recently purchased. While I wasn't very excited to learn the previous owner's quality of electrical work, Matt was friendly, confident and very informative about how I needed to address the issues in front of me. I appreciate the service tech being kind and professional. The office provided very consistent updates on timing, schedule etc. All in All, these guys really saved me a lot of grief and anxiety over the unknowns I was dealing with. I will trust them and seek their services in the future and I highly recommend them if you've got a big or small issue to deal with!

Matthew took care of multiple issues we had and explained so well as he did each one. Definitely spreading the word on excellent service! From the appointment process to our problem resolution today we are putting Governor's Electric in our phone list for more projects or if a problem arises. We found them through our American Home Shield Warranty and many companies they send out can not even come close to the level of satisfaction we feel today. I had a bad electrical smell coming from a light switch in our living room. The electrician, Matthew Paul, replaced the light switch and mentioned that the ceiling fan should not be on a dimmer switch. So, he also corrected that issue. Matthew also went a step further and ensured all our plugs and switches worked properly. Outstanding technician and provided excellent customer service.

Matthew Paul is such a phenomenal professional. I will recommend him and his company to everyone and will be requesting his services if needed in the future!
