Excellent selection from traditional domestic and international manufacturers. Excellent customer service both with design assistance as well as with ordering. We recently ordered new cabinet hardware and were promised delivery in 7-10 days. The parts arrived in 3 days.

We were looking for a part- we needed it asap Couldn't find it any where I was told by the manufacture company they don't make it anymore - I called Central and spoke with Tammy, I sent her a picture of our broken part -model number and done! That simple !! She was able to replace it asap that day with a newer version! Thanks for the quick experienced service

Bought hardware for two bathrooms - due to a health issue one bathroom was delayed. When my contractor opened the sink it had a hairline crack, he called Tammy who said she could only discount a new sink which would be a new model because the one I bought was discontinued. I think it was discontinued because it was shoddy. I had to pay 1.5 for a sink. For my other bathrooms I went to Furgeson in northvale, very unhappy with how my contractor who uses the for many jobs was treated.

Central Plumbing is amazing! I couldn’t believe this beautiful showroom was hidden away in Chestnut Ridge! The staff is so, so nice. They don’t seem like typical salespeople out to get a sale. They treat you like a friend and are genuinely helpful and want to make you happy. They will also give you the absolutely best price available.. and I know because I shopped around! Special shout out to Valerie, she’s so good at what she does, has excellent taste and is SO nice!

We visited Central Plumbing Specialties and we were very impressed by the quality and selection. We found the sinks and faucets we wanted for our kitchen renovation. We asked the salesperson how much lead time we needed to order the items. She said that they were in the back and we could get them anytime. When our contractor gave us the go ahead we went back to get the sinks and faucets. After my husband completed the order, they told us it would take two weeks. We winced because that would be cutting it close. The salesperson reassured us that she would call if the order was delayed. She did not call, I called, and found out my items were not even shipped out yet. I was told that all of the items needed to ship together. We cancelled the order and were told that would be okay. The following day, they called back and said that one of the sinks had actually shipped (still not in time as promised) and we were charged a 25% restocking fee. So, bottom line, Central Plumbing Specialties was completely unable to deliver our items in the promised time frame. We got absolutely nothing from them and had to scramble to get the sinks and faucets we needed and got charged nearly $80. for our trouble. Skip this place!
