Great Roofing

We needed a new roof, went through fb to get a good recommendation & we went with GREAT ROOFING frm Joliet. Even recommended them to our neighbor. I can’t say how great our roof looks now. We even had them fix & replace our soffit with some trim that got damaged by a car. I couldn’t be any happier to having our house look so great again.

Great Roofing replaced my original roof. Christina was very helpful. Very prompt and courteous. The crew was able to complete everything including clean up in 1 day. The new roof looks great.

Phenomenal Phenomenal Phenomenal!!!!! Words can not express how greatful I am to this company. They saved me. My insurance company really gave me a hard time and I am so glad to say they got my roof and gutters paid for in full. PLUS they helped me by get all the other damage partially paid for. I have a huge tree fall on my house destroying and damaging alot. Christine and her team went to work on my behalf and the results got me what I am due from an insurance company that did not want to fix anything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREAT ROOFING!!!! The roofers came in and did a beautiful job on my roof (full redo). John came out and we talked about what would look good on my home and the contractors took it from there. Christina stopped by one day to look at the roof and patiently explained how great roofing goes about handling the claim and work. She seemed very trustworthy. Her and her team were always professional, courteous, on-time and flexible with our schedule. I recommend them to anyone looking for getting services done through insurance. Great roofing replaced our roof over ten years ago. Very competitive and did excellent craftsmanship. After recent storm we called them to take a look to verify there was no damage. They are always very responsive and stopped to inspect the roof right away. Lucky for us we had zero damage and the roof looks like it was replaced last week.

I highly recommend Great Roofing, LLC. We had a number of issues with our roof. Rhett came out immediately to assess the damage. He provided photos of the damaged areas and a fair quote. After we agreed on the quote he came out a day or 2 later and repaired the damages to our roof. He provided before and after pictures. We were highly satisfied with the finished product and will definitely contact Great Roofing LLC for any roofing work in the future.

I must say how impressed I was with the entire team and ease working with Great Roofing. They didn’t give up on us and diligently worked with our insurance company to ensure we got the correct product and fought on our behalf to give us a beautiful new roof w/gutters. They were very professional and guided us every step of the way. Their installation team arrived on time, completed the project in one day and they cleaned up everything immediately.
