Green City Pest Control Seattle

Green City Pest Control and Izac were fantastic! Over a few months of service they solved multiple pest problems. They were easy to work with, taking my description of the problem and applying their expertise to best treat the issue with non-toxic and safe products. I am pest-free and a happy customer! One piece of feedback - put appointment date and time windows in the reminder text. It's easy to loose track.

Our property manager has used green city for pest control and they are to put it bluntly grossly incompetent. It's wild this service is rated 5 stars here. When they did decide to visit the treatment was done under 5 mins without hearing our concerns, they just spritzed a few times and left. They've left tags on the front door handle claiming they serviced our unit THREE SEPARATE TIMES. We WFH during the weekdays, next to the front door, and they didn't even bother knocking on the door to complete the treatment.

I have had two service calls with Green City Pest Control so far and both times have exceeded my expectations. The technicians had great attention to detail when servicing our home. Malik came out the first time, and Joseph came out the second time. Unfortunately, the first spray seem to yield little to no results getting rid of our odorous ants, so Alice at Green City Pest Control was kind enough to send Joseph for a complementary service. Joseph serviced our home with a different method with the interior of our home today so we'll monitor to see how this one goes. Overall, great company and great emphasis on customer service. I would recommend.

We left a message with GCPC and soon after spoke with Isaac who referred Ian to our home. Ian arrived just a couple hours later. He inspected andd found and collected the dead rat in our crawlspace and then the source of *awful new odor* coming into our home *immediately started to diminish*. So grateful for quick and effective work, especially on December 23rd! Ian was knowledgeable about all kinds of relevant issues. He reported our crawlspace was generally in very good shape and ducts were intact but that we would benefit from periodic maintenance as there are all kinds of critters that would like to get in. Fingers xx'd that smell will keep diminishing and visitors won't suffer. Ian said it would last ~1week. We would easily recommend GCPC and Ian again.

We have been using Green City Pest Control for over a year and they have been great. Whenever an issue arises, such as recently with wasps, they send out a technician to take care of the problem right away. Joe Monroe is one of the service technicians and he is fantastic! He is very thorough with everything he does and he explains everything in great detail. He goes above and beyond everything you could imagine to make you happy and to take care of your problem. And he really seems to care about his customers as he remembers past conversations and asks how things are going. He is a true professional and I wouldn’t want anyone else to service my residence except Joe. Thank you Joe !

We had a big problem with ants and spiders in our new home. I was really glad that I stuck it out and waited for them to have an opening a few weeks later because we were super pleased with our service. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our home, kind to our dog, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also offered us a lot of practical advice to reduce their ability / motivation for coming into the house. He did warn me that sometimes certain insect activity gets worse before it gets better as you begin the process, but we been spider and ant free all week now. Considering that they were in my bed and shower constantly I’m super happy!

Joe was very friendly and great to work with! I really appreciate the time and effort he took to spray the wasp nests on the outside of my windows as well as the time to clean the windows afterwards so that I won’t have to worry about getting steaks that are tough to clean. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me pointers on how to ensure more bugs don’t settle in the spaces around my windows. Thanks so much for help, Joe & Green City Pest Control!
