GTZ Remodeling & Roofing

I am a property manager and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend GTZ Remodeling and Roofing based on my experience. My company has been trying to get in touch with them for over two months now in order to obtain an invoice so we can process payment for their services. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through both email and phone, they have been completely unresponsive. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We are simply trying to pay for the work they've completed, but their refusal to communicate is holding up the process. It’s been an ongoing issue for far too long, and it’s clear that their customer service is lacking. As a property manager, I work with many vendors, and I’ve never encountered such poor communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially to other property management groups who rely on timely and professional service. This experience has been a significant disappointment, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for reliable roofing services. Update: Someone finally reached back out to us and they "resent" the invoice however the lady we spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. She mentioned, "She didn't have time for this, as she was at her other job."

GTZ came to our house and did emergency repairs after storm damage. Weeks later they returned and did permanent repairs. Their crews were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and on time. Their prices were very fair and the quality of their workmanship was EXCELLENT! Before GTZ left our house we had already recommended them to my wife's sister.

Last Fall GTZ replaced siding on my home. I was satisfied with the work but later I incurred an expense due to the neglect of CTZ crew. I notified Victor on a Friday, he texted me he would come out on Tuesday with a check to reimburse my cost. That was around May 24,2024 . Then he was going to mail it. I have followed up many times but, as of today, some 8 weeks later I have not received reimbursement. I guess once they finish - and get paid they no longer care about your satisfaction.

GTZ roofing did a great job! Victor was always responsive and took the time to provide details about the job. The team that work on the project was professional and there craftsmanship was superior. When the job was completed, they cleaned up and ensured I was pleased with the work. They will always be my go to when it comes to roofing.

Victor and his GTZ crew assessed and replaced my roof and gutters in a timely manner and with a lot of open communication leading up to it as we were trying to get it done before the weather turned. They are even coming back soon to complete a couple other repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

I have streaks of white around my entire house. Company was in a hurry to get paid before the job was complete. Wanted to come out before it rained and there is streaks showing from the rain.

The entire crew was fast and efficient. Victor worked with me on a variety of options for a roof repair and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. They even did some additional construction work for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend
