Guardian Roofing of Tennessee

Guardian Roofing has given me the best roofing experience I've ever had. Dylan was so patient with me when I was having insurance claim issues for over a year. Dylan was very respectful with my time and money, and that is the value that is priceless. The roof looked amazing afterwards, the workers were very respectful and cleaned the yard up very well. I would rate them 6 stars if possible. Guardian is #1!

Our insurance claim process took almost a year, and we definitely wouldn’t have been able to get our full roof approved without Adrian’s hard work and dedication. Guardian roofing, Dylan, the sales representative, and David, the Roof Consultant, did an outstanding job, as you can see from the drone photo provided, of my father’s house on Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga! We have been so pleased with the work that this company has done with five of our properties now! Not only have we asked them to do complete roof replacements, but also repair some faulty design/previous construction, and they have done stellar work! Ask Dylan to fly a drone over your property! Fortunately for us, insurance paid for our new roofs due to a storm last August! We are so grateful to Guardian Roofing Company and the hands on approach of the owners as well!

I have never been so impressed with a roofing company. From the moment Marvin knocked on my door to David ensuring that operations ran well. Zan even called numerous times to make sure everything was going well. We also chose to get gutter guards and the workers came in like ninjas and left. I was told they were coming but I didn’t hear them at all. Guardian Roofing is absolutely worth the call.

Guardian Roofing did an excellent job with my roof. Over 2000 square feet. They were done in 1 day. My wife is happy so that means I’m happy. The entire process went very smooth,

Dylan Moore, sales agent, used his drone to review the roof and confirm storm damage. He was very knowledgeable/helpful in walking us through the process of working with our insurance company to file the claim. He remained in constant contact with us throughout this process. Zan Wright, owner, was easy to work with in scheduling the actual work to be done along with providing information we needed to know prior to be prepared and protect any property from damage. Randsom Mark, the roofing crew foreman, reached out to inform us of their prompt arrival and stayed on site during the entire project keeping us informed on progress. The roofers themselves were very efficient, small teams working separate areas of the roof simultaneously, allowed for a total completion of our 2500 sq ft home in only 1 day. This was a cold day in early January, and even with the quick removal and installation of the roof, the quality is evident upon inspection of the job at completion. So after quite a few estimates, we went with guardian roofing. I would suggest everyone else do the same. If you want a great sales team (thanks Dylan) and a great install experience (thx DJ) then choose guardian. Everything was smooth from the get go. A roof is not something anyone typically wants to spend money on or maybe even care how it looks but man, does our roof look good now. It’s all the little details too that matter. The matching drip edge to the painted vent lines to match the roof. We are so pleased and very glad we went with Guardian on this install.
