Had a delivery of bathroom fixtures here. They actually had me go around the block to Ferguson Waterworks to unload the truck. Its a tight area but I was able to get my 18 wheeler backed into the dock. Employees were friendly and unloaded the truck pretty quick considering nothing was on pallets.

Went here when the big box store didn't have the specialty plumbing parts needed for my backflow preventer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got the parts we needed fast.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. Without hesitation or complaint took the extra time to contact a manufacturer to find us an interchangeable part to substitute an out of stock item so I could complete the job I was on and keep my customer happy.

Excellent customer service. They worked with me for twenty minutes to figure out how to lengthen the cable that came with a bidet I bought online. At no point in our troubleshooting did I feel belittled or rushed. They took the time to make sure I had what I needed and knew how to set it up when I got home. I could not recommend them more.
