Needed same day emergency repair on torsion springs that snapped for my garage door. I am located all the way across town from their offices but they promptly sent over Marcus and he did an amazing job! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend Halo Doors! The spring on my garage door popped and when I called Halo Doors, they were able to schedule my repair consultation that day. Technician Marcus was very helpful, got the springs ordered and installed them two days later and the door works great now. They can work with your schedule and the price was reasonable.

Alex Sanchez was the technician that came to do maintenance work on my garage door. He explained to me that my door knew berings and I authorized him to change them. The service technicians did an outstanding job installing our two garage doors today. Both gentlemen were courteous and knowledgeable about their work. They worked straight through for three hours in high humidity. Prior to their arrival I received a courtesy call informing me of their eta. The entire process of working with Halo has been similar.
