Incredible quality, prompt communication, professional service, and extremely fair pricing. If you need a job done right, this is the best company to do it. They are a roofing company and have replaced my roof, but the most recent job I hired them for was a 10 x 20 concrete slab. They built a solid, high quality slab that will last for many years because they did the job right and incredibly fast. I can't say enough about Healthy Structures and Bill Hipps! They are the absolute best!

My Tempe house is 78 years old and the roof was built in many different eras, with numerous house extensions, so it was a piece meal disaster. Healthy Structures created a great plan to make the whole roof, main house and multiple extensions to be one solid roof that extended out into the backyard creating an amazing back yard porch. They totally exceeded all my expectations for quality and price. please check out the before and after pictures I'm posting. You seriously cannot find a better roofer and porch builder in town is my opinion. The company is run by someone with integrity and does his honest best to give you a very fair price while still delivering quality.

Josh Hipps is professional and provides excellent customer service. He fixed our leaking roof and replaced our carport ceiling a few years ago (It is still in great condition). Sele fixed my mom’s roof that was leaking near her A/C yesterday. He was accurate and efficient. Josh Hipps answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. He also explained the options my mom could choose from. He adjusted the quoted price because he didn’t need to use all of the materials. We are so thankful for their fine quality workmanship and honesty.

I originally contacted Healthy Structures after having a bad experience with a fly-by-night roofer who bid low and then began doing a job that was worth even less. Bill Hipps, who runs Healthy Structures, by contrast, inspired trust, inviting me to check out his beautifully renovated house near ASU. I met his wife, who owns Yupha's Thai restaurant, which Bill had also renovated, so I knew he wouldn't disappear into the night. I ended up not only having Bill and his team re-roof the whole house with hipster-modern corrugated metal, but had Bill remake our falling down gazebo, cover all the flat roofed portions with a new pitched metal roof, add some other sun shades which he made of solid metal beams, remake a couple of old wooden doors that were sun damaged with metal coverings and nice corrugated metal awnings. He also renovated a side of my house that had been a useless muddy overly sunny area full of weeds, to cover it with a long awning and build in a bike rack and solidly build in a compost-bin, and a rotating composter that he redid on a solid metal frame. And he extended our roof out over part of the pool so now we can actually go outside in the heat of summer and get in the water without baking our skulls in direct sun. He also had connections to trustworthy local painters, gardeners, and stucco guys, so in the end, the outside of my house was completely transformed from a falling down mess to something worthy of a magazine. And he put in two wide (and rock solid) corrugated metal gates to allow us to access the yard from the front and the back. Many neighbors I had never met have complimented the way the house looks now, and an architecture professor in the neighborhood just commented that the house may have raised home values in the neighborhood. Oh, and his work crew was amazing, ten hour days regardless of the August heat, and often working 6 day weeks.

I contacted Healthy Structures approximately 7 years ago to have them look at my mom's roof. She had been told by another company that it needed replacing. One of their sales team came out and walked the entire roof. He informed me that the roof was in great shape and would not need replacing for at least 7-10 years. His honesty and integrity was appreciated. They were my first call when it was time to replace my own roof. I had a large leak on my patio and my roof was far too old to repair. I received quotes from other companies and decided to go with Healthy Structures. Bill and his team walked me through the entire process. They made it very easy to understand every step along the way. The install team worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up daily and made sure everything remained beautiful. I love my new roof! I highly recommend Healthy Structures! Bill and his team are the best in the business. He stands behind his product and is incredibly knowledgeable about the product that he sells and services. We had used Healthy Structures a few years ago for a small repair and custom gutters so were familiar with the company and their services. The quality of work for these items was very good so when we had major damage after a significant monsoon storm, they were the first company we called for a repair estimate . Once the insurance issues were resolved, their crew began work on a major restoration effort on the entire roof and then spent the next seven days (well within the estimated time frame) replacing all underlayment, damaged decking/rafters/fascia strips and S-tiles bringing our roof back to a condition significantly better than it was when we first occupied the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Healthy Structures as a high quality contractor for any roofing and construction needs.
