My deepest thanks and gratitude to the line crews who traveled to St. Louis, MO this weekend to help after the deadly 05/16/25 tornado. Your work in our community means so much as we recover from this disaster. After two days without power, it was a relief to come home last night to your crew ready to get us back up and running. Felt like no time at all before service was restored. Your presence in STL is so appreciated and I hope y'all get to enjoy some local food/hospitality before you head home. Stay safe & take care

I live in St. Petersburg Florida. My power was out for 3 days from hurricane Milton. The linemen from Hart Utilities quickly, and safely restored the power to my condo complex. Some of my neighbors require electrical medical equipment to keep them healthy. My many thanks to your very efficient linemen who restored the power to our building very quickly. A crew from Heart Utilities came to my town, Metter, Ga., to assist in restoring power after hurricane Helene. They worked efficiently but also safely. They were patient with some of the older folks who had questions, which really touched my heart. I've never been in the direct path of such a storm!! The stress of just living without power in these times felt quite overwhelming at times. I was sleeping when the Heart Utilities crew came rolling in!! I heard them before seeing them. When I went to my porch tears just started flowing!! I'm a nurse with 31 years of ICU experience. Unfortunately, it takes a lot to cause to cry!! It was such a relief to know help was at hand. I was uncomfortable without power, but very worried about my older neighbors and those with new babies. I will NEVER be able to express my gratitude adequately, but you have my most heartfelt thank you!! You gave me back my power and comfort, but more importantly you restored power to those who truly need it just to survive. You left your homes and family to help total strangers. These guys have been in our small Jefferson County area the moment Helene showed her ugly face. We are so thankful for all of there hard work and diligence in restoring our infrastructure. Your hard work and sacrifice is so appreciated! ❤

Their drivers are very unsafe. Truck number 263 just cut off a small smart car at an entrance ramp on 295 running it off the road, in the rain. Very dangerous.

We lost power at 1:30 am on Sunday night during Hurricane Beryl. Today (Wednesday) these guys got our power back on MUCH sooner than expected and we are SO grateful. THANK YOU from Brazoria County, Texas ❤️❤️
