Herb’s Plumbing replaced a leaky hot water tank. Arrived on time and the job was done quickly. Cost was reasonable. Everyone was very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Herb fixed my leaking radiator and charged me exactly what he quoted me even though there were a bit of complications in the process . 1000% will call next time. Thanks Herb.

This guy is a crook in my opinion. I aske him to fix my shower and install a faucet in my bathroom. I spent hundreds of dollars on part I couldn’t take back. All he did was put the old shower fixture back on as he couldn’t find a matching piece. But the scandalous part as the faucet. All he did was put the new faucet on and said he was done. It should be note I was in th harsh while he put the faucet on. So he come it and say it will be $350 dollars . I pay him. After he left my wife alls me into the bathroom because the new faucet drain won’t open and close. Come to find out all Herb did was put the new faucet on and nothing else. Didn’t out the new pee trap on, didn’t put the faucet linkage on to open and close the sink. Just left it all in the box. He thought nobody would notice. Don’t use him. I regret ever calling him up. I told him to never come back to my house again.

1st they responded to my email and respected that I wanted to communicate that way. They were able to come out within a few days and WERE ON TIME! They diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate, and were in and out within a few hours. Both my wife and I felt respected throughout the process. A BIG THING US QUEER WOMEN! Herb, the owner, was the one that made our house call along with a newer staff member, Brandon. I could overhear them speaking to each other. I was very pleased with how Herb was instructing and guiding Brandon, Herb was very respectful. If I need a plumber again, I'll be calling them.

Was quoted $750 to replace a section of my main stack which I felt was reasonable. They got done faster than expected and only charged $580. Great, honest service. Highly recommend these guys.
