Bryan and his son were awesome to work with. They installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system in my home and did a great job. Not only did they do great work, but they don't charge an arm and a leg for their services like a lot of these companies in the area and ones that partners with Home Depot. One thing to note is that this company is just a father and son business so they don't have people manning a phone to take calls and schedule work, so you will want to be patient when it comes to that. But it was very much worth it to me. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic plumbing company that is ran by a Dad and his two sons. Honest guys who come out and do the job right and stand by what they do. Also, not like the big companies in Tucson who charge a service call and charge a ton of money. Hester gives an honest estimate over the phone that might change a bit after getting here depending if they have to use materials off their truck or other factors they could not see over the phone, but hands down an awesome family ran plumbing business that does the work for an honest price. At our old house they put in a new dishwasher, new bathroom and kitchen faucets, moved a half bathroom sink and dishwasher when we got tile done and put it back. At our new house they put in a Reverse Osmosis system we bought, new garbage disposal, new water softener, and kitchen faucet, and a pressure Vacuum Breaker for our pool. When they did the Reverse Osmosis system they asked if I wanted the lines left a little long which is awesome because it makes it so easy to change the filters. They do an amazing job and are wonderful people! Makes me feel good to give these guys the business because they are small and do things the right way and I highly recommend them.

Bryan and his son Adam made quick work of installing a new faucet for us this morning. Unfortunately because we went through Lowes for the installation it cost $50 more. We didn't know a plumber but next time we need one we will be calling Hester Plumbing..There phone no is in my contacts. A+ service. Bryan also called last night and got us in this morning. 3 days sooner than Lowes scheduled.

I made sure to shop around and I'm glad I did. Not only was this family run business quick to help me replace a water heater, but they had to be the best deal in town. Not only that, I had another small issue at a later date that they came out same day and quickly diagnosed and resolved. No need to shop around anymore, these guys are good and were very friendly and informative. Thank you!

WOW, Adam & Dave Hester are great. Our home is built on a concrete slab and we had a leak under the slab that flooded our front yard and front entry hall badly. Hester Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and repiped by bypassed the leak via using our attic. It was a tough job, yet they were positive, knew exactly what was needed & finished up doing a terrific job at a very fair cost. PS. One of the biggest plumbing & Heating/AC companies estimated repiping our whole house ( & a new hot water heater at over $22.000., two other mid-sized companies talked the same job at $12,000.00 I've finally learned. Some of the bigger local companies are much more expensive simply because we all pay for their tv & print advertising and fleet of nice trucks. Thanks Hester Plumbing Gary and Leah Rubin

Thank God for owner Bryan Hester and his band of Merry Men (actually just his son Adam). He's a real professional plumber. He was on-time, personable, has the right tools and skill actually do the toilet install job I needed done correctly as opposed to one of the individuals that was recommended through the Lowes Handy system that I ended up cutting loose. I watched as Bryan did the install of 3 toilets and everything that I was concerned about as a result of the guy I cut loose, Bryan took care of as part of his install routine. The toilets are level, oriented properly, sealed, and rock solid with no leaks and work properly. I highly recommend Bryan. He will be my only choice for any future plumbing needs.

Professional, friendly, very reasonable. Bryan and Adam did a toilet install and sink faucet repair for my mom. They did a terrific job and the price was less than expected. Highly recommended!
