Andrew was very professional. He was very honest and gave many suggestions and also gave guesstimate of prices to get certain things fixed. He made sure to let me know things that should and shouldn’t be doing certain things. He also emphasized the risk factors that he found. I enjoyed his time during the inspection and he was very friendly and great at multitasking. I will be making sure for my next inspection to personally request Andrew again. Andrew was excellent. He was patient with me as a first-time home buyer. He explained what he was looking for, showed me the evidence, and "told the stories" of how certain defects and quirks of a home can come about. In some cases his findings were in conflict with the home listing information. Because of his evidence-based assertions, I felt confident approaching the sellers to re-negotiate. If I had bought the home I feel confident that I knew virtually all paths forward, as some of his discoveries would require action in order to prevent further damage. He was prompt and set realistic time frames for the inspection itself and certain test results, and his published reports were detailed with pictures and context.
