HM Plumbing

I would avoid this company at all costs! Our warranty company assigned HM and it was a mess from the start. First NO customer service! They texted me for details and would not respond when the day and time they requested didn’t work for me. I had to call them 5 different times for information and they NEVER once called me back! The tech that came over tried to unclog the pipe for 10 minutes before giving up and starting that I will need to have a clean out installed in the basement. He left a huge mess of ruined towels, water under my sink and didn’t even reattach the pipe all the way! I went from having a kitchen sink that worked if you were gentle to no sink or dishwasher the week before Thanksgiving!!! The report to the warranty company took three days with me calling and leaving messages each day (that they never responded to). When that was approved they said they couldn’t get back to me until Tuesday (which I only knew from having the warranty company get ahold of them!) I called another company that came out right away and fixed the issue in 30 minutes!!! Oh and I did already have a clean out which HM never even checked!!! Call Reaper Plumping instead!!!

We have used H&M plumbing a couple of times and they have always done an excellent job. They explain the repairs needed and why, then get the job done right. This last time Justin and Rex came out to fix our shower, now I can take showers in my house again! Thanks guys!

Tried to tackle what I thought would be a simple repair, but quickly realized it was above my paygrade. HM Plumbing sent out the right man for the job- friendly, hardworking and skilled at his craft. Fixed the issue and saved the day. Would recommend their services to anyone else in a similar predicament.

We have had several jobs done by HM Plumbing. We have found them to be knowledgeable, fair & patient. Their staff go above and beyond. I also like how quickly they respond to texts! Such an efficient means of communication. We will recommend them to friends, family & strangers.

Was really in a bind and it is always hard to know who to call and who you can trust. Reached out to H&M thanks to a couple different referrals and all I can say is I'm so glad I did. So very professional, nice, and easy to deal with. The technician Brad came out the very next day, took care of everything while being so friendly. It was such a good experience I cannot recommend this company enough. Life long customer for sure now!

Rex with H&M Plumbing did a thorough job reviewing our plumbing needs. Provided some small fixes for some annoying issues immediately and evaluated the need for some bigger replacement jobs. Thanks for your professional.

HM plumbing is fantastic. They’re always on time and the job is perfect! The one working on my project now is Justin and Rex, they’re respectful, professional, on time, the work is great, they’re great to the tenants and play 90s alternative music which is the best!
