Duke City Inspections

Our inspector, Walt, was very thorough and professional in his approach and communication. He takes great care and pride in his approach to inspections. We had several inspections (general/termite/radon) in addition to the sewer line and I am happy Walt was the one who did them.

Duke City Inspections was extremely easy to work with and the process was seamless. They are truly full service and extremely detailed in their inspections and reporting. Frankie was very responsive and detailed to our questions. Very happy with the knowledge gained and feeling much better with our transaction after they’ve seen the property.

Frankie was great, took a lot of pictures and explained why things were an issue. He also asked on arrival if we had any specific concerns. During the inspection was willing to explain why things were an issue or answer questions. The report was very thorough, and he did his best even though the house wasn't empty yet. There were visible areas we were concerned about that he took pictures of in the rooms with items in them as well.

We used Duke City Inspections as part of our home inspection and termite inspection prior to closing on a new home purchase. Our inspector Frankie was very friendly, professional, and thorough. Frankie identified every concern he had with the property, and the information was recorded and communicated clearly in the user-friendly electronic report provided to us and our realtor. This inspection and report was used to negotiate repairs with the seller. We would use Duke City Inspections again and recommend them to anyone in similar circumstances!

Shane did a general, sewer, and termite inspection. He was amazing. His notes were in-depth, he took pictures of many of the problem areas, and answered all my questions. I was a bit worried about the price but his work was definitely worth every dollar! If I need any more inspections in the future I will be going through Duke City Inspections.

I called and guess what? They answered! The first of 3 that did. Scheduling was easy and fast. We had a great inspector! Super respectful and genuine. He did a great job not only by thoroughly going over my residential property, but also in letting us know how we might take care of problem areas before they get out of hand. He reassured us as to what's normal and what isn't. I highly recommend. I don't think you'll be disappointed... It's not like you're gonna get up into that crawl space, right? Ha!

Duke City did our home inspections for a property we are looking to buy and they did a phenomenal job. Walt and Cassandra were incredible to work with, detailed, thorough and kind throughout the whole process. This was our first time buying a home and they made me feel so comfortable asking lots of questions during the inspections. I highly recommend utilizing their team! We will use them again in the future for sure!
