Have used Dominic to help with inspections and he is a wealth of knowledge and extremely detail oriented. The best part is when you are at the inspection with him, he will take the time to show and tell you his finding and the implications. His reports are also very detailed and feel personalized. Dominic went above and beyond what we expected. You can just tell he cares about what he does and his customers. He explained the issues present in the property clearly on the scene which made me feel more knowledgeable as I looked at the report later. Dominic was very honest as well. When he saw that the roof would need replaced prior to move in, he advised me that the extra inspection I had requested wouldn't be worth money until the repairs were made. He got us the report the same day. The report explained everything by section and included visuals as well. We were amazed how through it was and how helpful it has been as we have continued through the process. Very impressed! Thank you Dominic!

Dominic did a great job, inspection all outlets & answering all my questions. He knows building codes & explained legal ways that my builder, Richmond American Homes, cut costs while remaining code compliant. For example, there's no expansion tank on the hot water heater ... and no pan under the hot water heater so any overflow will simply fall on the garage floor which I feel is wrong. At the same time, Dominic showed me how to release pressure in the tank with a bucket to catch the hot water which at 120 degrees can burn you.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Not only was he thorough in the inspection but he was helpful in explaining preventative maintenance tips and tricks. What more can you ask for? Super pleased, will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. Edit for update: His deliverable is fantastic. I was emailed a link to where I can view the web report or export as a PDF. Everything is very detailed with graphics and annotations. Beyond satisfied.

I would not recommend this inspection company unless you already have some sound education/background on homes, construction, plumbing, and the like. The agent has been clear did not go above and beyond. While he was professional in demeanor and in his report, I feel that he could have helped us to be more knowledgeable about issues in the house. The agent was helpful in figuring out a plumbing blockage, a breaker issue, and evidence of previous German cockroaches. However, the agent did not test the hot water (later to find out that isn't included in his "standard protocol" ) and after purchase we found a hot water valve in the guest bathroom that was shut off due to the fact that water sprays out of it when turned on. The agent's response when we messaged him about it was that during inspection, he doesn't "operate water shut-off valves as they are usually off for a reason". We did not know the hot water valve was even shut off at the time of inspection. He did however, share findings of previous water damage that he stated appeared to be ratified. After starting some kitchen renovations 1 month after purchase we also found over 2 square feet of mold behind the kitchen sink, and mold was also detected in 2 other rooms as well. While the agent may have practiced standard protocol, (and learning this company doesn't include mold as part of their inspection) as new prospective homeowners we were really counting on the professionals to guide us in the right directions on things. Why not suggest a mold inspection if you do discover previous leakage? Why couldn't this company direct us to seek further assistance for the issues the agent did find regarding water leaks? We are first timers here relying on those who have more experience. In the end, I do understand that we have to take on part of the responsibility in not seeking further inspections.

We have worked with many inspection companies over the years and Dominic & his team are one of the best. They are extremely thorough & knowledgeable. They have a passion for what they do. The reports are very detailed and easy to understand. I highly recommend this company!
