This was my second time hiring Marion Hodges Home Inspection Services, and Marion and Will were professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They provided easy-to-understand explanations for every inspection finding as well as some helpful recommendations. The final report was user-friendly, and the drone images of the roof were a nice bonus that helped persuade the seller to make additional repairs. I would confidently recommend them to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers.

I have sewer line, radon test and home inspection done by Marion Hodges on Oct 25 2025. He was on time, did inspection thoroughly and explained the report. Very detail oriented. I found Mr. Hodges online and was impressed by all the positive reviews and his credentials. I called to get an estimate and found it to be really reasonable. We set the date and time and sure enough, he was right on time. We spoke briefly before he got started. He took notes and photos while going over the house from top to bottom. He was so detailed and spent nearly 4 hours doing the inspection. He is the nicest man and I appreciate everything he did. 3 words to describe him, he’s the best. You won’t find anyone better.

Marion Hodges is very responsive when a short deadline called for an inspection. He and his son did a thorough inspection and submitted a report the same day. The report is detailed. He followed up to go over the report and answer questions, as well as being available to answer any questions after the initial report conversation. Marion and his son did an amazing job! They were prompt, thorough, and very detail oriented. I chose Marion due to his work history, and I believe it paid off. His attention to detail likely saved us thousands if not tens of thousands prior to closing. His background of contracting and home building is an asset that is worth every penny. His professionalism and customer service is also excellent, as he met me at the home the following day for a 3 hour walk through to personally go through his findings. He also gave me wonderful contacts for independent engineers and specialty inspectors that all turned out to be just as great. A+, would recommend over and over!
