Charm City Lead Testing and Rental Inspections

I reached out to Charm City Inspectors to perform a quick rental and lead inspection. Kim Castaneda throughout the entire process and she was AMAZING! I had to fast track the test and she informed me of everything she needed up front, was able to schedule the inspection the next morning, went and picked up the lead samples and dropped them off at the lab herself even to ensure it would be completed in 24 hours. Unfortunately 3 tests returned as failed and her and her assistant determined the lab had made a mistake. She stayed late and was able to get updated results and I passed with no issues. Before realizing the mistake, she was even willing to to go to my house the next day to collect new samples from the three areas and fast track the tests again. She returned every single one of my calls/texts very promptly and honestly had to calm me down a couple of times. Thank you to Kim and this team for doing a superb job! I hope I don’t have to do this often but I know I will highly suggest Charm City Inspectors.
