Joe Cook did a great job teaching the report writing class at the LSBHI office this past Friday. He kept the class entertaining, was funny, and used real life examples and stories to help everyone better understand what he was teaching. Keep up the great work Joe. PS the breakfast was amazing.

Joe, is very up to date on our Standards of Practice, current trends in our industry, and a very experienced Home Inspector who enjoys sharing his knowledge, experience and insight in his classes. He is very to the point. Not allot of wasted time. Would definitely recommend him and his classes to the gamut of Home Inspectors from those applying for license to experienced professionals.

Great learning experience at the SOP training workshop. I enjoyed the healthy amount of interaction with the attendees. PowerPoint presentations can be a bit exhausting to look at (especially after lunch!). I've always tried to be a life-time learner and your class did give me some new knowledge.
