I am a Realtor and Lender that has Used the owner Ned and his team services of home inspections for 20 years. He and his team have always been great to work with and have saved my clients monies and in some cases the home or condo had to much for all to digest and work out so saving clients great deals of monies headaches and unforeseen liabilities in which he and his team discovered. I always encourage all to use them and explain to them the great reasons why. They go over there findings after the inspection and will explain in further detail including present codes verse prior codes of the time the property was built and why the codes have been upgraded for usually health and safety reasons. When a code has changed it does not always mean things have to be upgraded to current code do to the fact the property is still up to code for the year in which it was built. They also get you a report emailed to you with pictures of the findings for better explanation. I also like that they give there clients a how to fix your home repair book for the want to do it yourselfers are just want to knowers, a very nice touch!
