Dedric is the man!!! Talk about thorough in every sense of the word. His background in technology and engineering made him a natural for home inspections. This is my second time using Dedric and he is worth every dollar spent. This man knows his stuff. Almost too good. If you want someone who looks and reviews everything then follows up with a comprehensive detailed report, Dedric is the guy. He doesn't rush or hurry either. Very patient and explains everything. Alot of home sellers try and cover up defects but a skilled inspector such as Dedric always uncover the hidden work. Hire him for your next inspection, you won't be disappointed.

Tim and his team were unbelievable. The first home that we put an offer in had issues that most inspectors would of glossed over. Not Tim! He was extremely detailed and took the time on-site to explain what he saw, what he knew and his opinions based on experience. It was the best money I could have spent. On the second home inspection, again he was great. Very meticulous and a pleasure to speak with. I cannot recommend Tim enough based on both inspections. He was nothing short of amazing.
